These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs, including Telegram bot development, scripts, UX improvements, automation, branding, visual identity, design work, and related digital services.
By contacting us, placing an order, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. SERVICES
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs provides services including but not limited to:
• Custom Telegram bot systems
• Telegram scripts and automation
• Existing bot upgrades
• UX and flow improvements
• Visual identity and branding
• Telegram media, banners, avatars, buttons, and UI assets
• Security and anti-abuse improvements
• Technical consulting and project-based development
The exact scope of work is agreed individually before the project starts.
2. PROJECT SCOPE
Every project is based on the agreed scope, price, and requirements.
If the client requests extra features, major changes, additional pages, extra designs, new logic, or work outside the original agreement, this may require an additional payment.
Clear communication is required from both sides to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
3. PAYMENTS
Work may require upfront payment, partial payment, milestone payment, or full payment depending on the project.
Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the required payment has been received.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, because time, planning, development, and design effort are already being used.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds are not guaranteed after a project has started.
A refund may be considered only if no meaningful work has been completed yet, or if Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs decides that the project cannot be completed.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Client changing their mind
• Client disappearing or delaying feedback
• Client failing to provide needed materials
• Completed work
• Delivered files
• Revisions already made
• Work rejected due to personal taste after matching the agreed direction
5. REVISIONS
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project.
Revisions are meant to improve the agreed concept, not to create a completely new project direction for free.
Major redesigns, full rebuilds, or new feature requests may cost extra.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client must provide clear instructions, needed files, access, references, and feedback.
The client is responsible for making sure they have the rights to any material they provide, including logos, images, text, brand names, and other assets.
The client is also responsible for reviewing the final work before using it publicly.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on project size, complexity, communication speed, and current workload.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless clearly agreed in writing.
Delays may happen if the client does not provide required information, feedback, access, or payment on time.
8. OWNERSHIP
After full payment is received, the client receives the agreed final deliverables.
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs may keep rights to internal tools, reusable code structures, design methods, workflow systems, templates, private components, and development techniques used to create the work.
Unless agreed otherwise, source files, editable project files, raw code structures, or layered design files are not automatically included.
9. PORTFOLIO USE
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs may display completed public-facing work in a portfolio, website, social media, or promotional material.
If a project must remain private, the client must clearly request this before or during the project.
10. SUPPORT
Basic support may be provided after delivery depending on the agreement.
Long-term support, maintenance, bug fixing, hosting, updates, monitoring, or feature changes may require a separate payment or monthly agreement.
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs is not responsible for problems caused by third-party edits, hosting issues, platform changes, deleted files, incorrect setup, client modifications, or external service failures.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some projects may depend on third-party services such as Telegram, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, analytics tools, or external platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, bans, policy changes, API changes, pricing changes, or service failures caused by third parties.
12. SECURITY AND ACCESS
If access to a bot, server, admin panel, repository, or account is required, the client is responsible for providing correct and safe access.
The client should remove or rotate any temporary access after the project is complete.
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs is not responsible for security issues caused by weak passwords, shared access, third-party developers, leaked credentials, or client-side mistakes.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
Clients are responsible for how they use delivered bots, scripts, visuals, websites, or systems.
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs does not take responsibility for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of delivered work.
We reserve the right to refuse projects that appear unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or against our standards.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Grimey Dev / Grimey Designs is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost customers, platform bans, downtime, account restrictions, third-party failures, or damages caused by misuse of delivered work.
Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
These Terms may be updated at any time.
The latest version published on the website applies to future projects and service use.
